BUSINESS GROWTH & YOUR 90-DAY ACTION PLAN

Free, self-guided training • Bring your skills together into a realistic plan. Set goals, choose priorities, work in manageable sessions, and review progress. The 90 days are a planning framework, not a promise of sales or income.

LESSON 1 • CHOOSE ONE MAIN GOAL

Pick one meaningful outcome you can influence, such as publishing a useful resource, testing a landing page, or building a consistent content habit. Make it specific and measurable.

Assignment: Complete: “By day 90, I will [specific outcome], measured by [metric].”

LESSON 2 • KNOW YOUR STARTING POINT

Take stock of your skills, time, tools, budget, and existing audience. Record your current baseline before making changes so you can evaluate what improves.

Assignment: Write down three strengths, two constraints, and one metric you can track now.

LESSON 3 • CHOOSE YOUR BUSINESS PATH

Review the approaches you've learned: services, digital products, affiliate marketing, content, or another appropriate model. Focus on one path initially rather than chasing every opportunity.

Assignment: Choose one business model and explain how it serves a real customer need.

LESSON 4 • BREAK 90 DAYS INTO THREE PHASES

Days 1–30: Foundation. Clarify your audience, offer, and basic online presence. Days 31–60: Create and test. Publish useful content, test a simple page, and gather feedback. Days 61–90: Improve and repeat. Review results, refine your message, and keep the activities that help your audience.

Assignment: Set one deliverable for the end of each 30-day phase.

LESSON 5 • BUILD A REALISTIC WEEKLY ROUTINE

Choose work sessions that fit your schedule. A simple session might include 10 minutes planning, 35 minutes creating, and 15 minutes reviewing or following up. Adjust the length to your circumstances.

Assignment: Choose three weekly work sessions and write the task for each one.

LESSON 6 • TRACK ACTIONS AND OUTCOMES

Track what you control—drafts completed, pages tested, helpful conversations—and what results follow, such as inquiries or verified sales. Distinguish revenue from profit and avoid assuming every view or click is a customer.

Assignment: Make a weekly scorecard with three action metrics and two outcome metrics.

LESSON 7 • LEARN FROM FEEDBACK

Ask customers and viewers what they found useful or confusing. Review your results and improve one element at a time, such as a headline, video opening, or product description.

Assignment: Write three feedback questions and one experiment you could run next week.

LESSON 8 • REVIEW, RESET, AND KEEP GOING

At days 30, 60, and 90, compare your work with your original goal. Celebrate completed actions, identify obstacles, and adjust your plan without treating setbacks as failure.

Assignment: Create a 15-minute monthly review checklist: wins, numbers, lessons, and next priorities.

FINAL PROJECT • YOUR PERSONAL 90-DAY ROADMAP

Save a roadmap with one measurable goal, three 30-day milestones, a weekly schedule, five tracking metrics, and a review checklist.

Start here: Write your first action for the next 24 hours and put it on your calendar.
