AI MARKETING TOOLS: CREATE SMARTER, STAY AUTHENTIC
Free, self-guided training • Discover how AI can support brainstorming, writing, video planning, and business organization. You stay in control: review, edit, and fact-check everything before using it. This course does not connect to AI accounts or publish content automatically.
LESSON 1 • WHAT AI CAN AND CANNOT DO
AI can help organize ideas and draft content quickly, but it can make mistakes or invent facts. Treat outputs as drafts, not proof. Avoid sharing customer details, passwords, or private business information in prompts.
Assignment: List three repetitive marketing tasks you want help with and one task that needs your own judgment.
LESSON 2 • WRITE A BETTER PROMPT
Give AI a role, audience, goal, context, tone, and format. Example: “Act as a helpful content coach. For beginners learning [topic], suggest five practical Instagram post ideas. Use a friendly tone, no exaggerated claims, and one sentence per idea.”
Assignment: Write your own prompt and improve it after reviewing the first result.
LESSON 3 • BRAINSTORM CONTENT IDEAS
Ask for common audience questions, beginner tips, and content angles. Choose ideas that match your real knowledge and audience rather than posting everything generated.
Assignment: Generate ten ideas, verify them, and select three to develop.
LESSON 4 • DRAFT SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS
Ask AI for a hook, one useful tip, and a conversation starter for Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Replace generic wording with your experience and verify any statistics or claims.
Assignment: Turn one AI draft into an original post in your own voice.
LESSON 5 • PLAN SHORT VIDEOS
Use AI to outline a 30–60 second video: hook, problem, practical demonstration, and closing takeaway. Prepare shot ideas, captions, and a simple editing checklist. Only use media and voices you have rights or permission to use; disclose synthetic content when required.
Assignment: Create a 30-second script and a four-shot plan.
LESSON 6 • IMPROVE EMAILS AND LANDING PAGES
AI can suggest clearer headlines, benefit statements, and email outlines. It cannot confirm that your claims are accurate or that a marketing message complies with the law.
Assignment: Rewrite a draft headline in three styles, then choose the clearest truthful version.
LESSON 7 • CHECK QUALITY AND TRUST
Before publishing, check accuracy, originality, tone, privacy, accessibility, and permissions. Verify factual statements using reliable sources. Do not fabricate testimonials, reviews, earnings, endorsements, or customer results.
Assignment: Create a five-point review checklist you will use for every AI-assisted post.
LESSON 8 • BUILD YOUR PERSONAL AI WORKFLOW
Use a repeatable process: choose one audience question → draft a prompt → generate ideas → verify and edit → publish manually → review results. Save your strongest prompts for reuse.
Assignment: Write your weekly AI-assisted content workflow in five steps.
FINAL PROJECT • YOUR AI CONTENT STARTER KIT
Prepare three verified post ideas, one original social post, one short-video script, and one reusable prompt. Keep everything in your own document and review it before publishing.
AI is an assistant, not a guarantee of business growth or income.
